Class Abilities
  • Inner Flame: All rage mage spells deal fire damage and are of the fire type.
  • Spell Rage: Gain plus 2 Strength, plus 2 Constitution, and plus 1 on Will saves, and take a -2 penalty to AC. Usable 4+Constitution modifier+2 per rage mage level past first. Fatigued for 2 rounds per round in the spell rage after ending the spell rage.
  • Fire Pool: Daily points equal to 1/3rd rage mage level+Charisma modifier. Pool refreshes after resting for 8 hours once per day. May spend 1 point as a swift action to grant the weapon a +1 bonus plus 1 per 4 levels for 1 minute. Bonuses may stack up to +5 enhancement bonus and/or apply flaming, flaming burst, keen or speed in any combination. Multiple uses do not stack.
  • Bladecast: May cast any rage mage spells while holding a weapon or weapons in both hands.
  • Fast Movement +10 ft.
  • Mirari Sword: Gain the Mirari Sword in exchange for sacrificing class abilities. Class abilities already altered to reflect these sacrifices. Mirari Sword abilities noted below.
  • Fiery Magic: Three times per day may cast a spell as if it was modified by the Fiery Spell feat.
  • Hasted Assault: Can expend 1 point from fire pool as a swift action to gain the benefits of haste for a number of rounds equal to my Charisma modifier. Must be in a spell rage to use this ability.
  • Spellstrike: May cast any spell with the range of touch and deliver it through my weapon as part of a standard attack or full attack action. At any time during the full round may have the spell affect any one creature I’ve struck during the round. The spell uses the weapon’s critical range but the spell effect only deals x2 damage on a successful critical hit.
  • Fire Supremacy: Gains resistance 10 to fire. In addition, whenever I’m within 5 feet of a source of flame at least as large as a campfire or exposed to magical fire that would deal at least 1d6 points of damage, I can draw the fire around me for 1 round as an immediate action. Anyone striking me with a melee weapon or unarmed strike takes an amount of fire damage equal to 1/2 my rage mage level (minimum 1). Weapons with reach avoid this damage.
  • Elemental Rage: While spell raging, all my melee attacks deal an additional 1d6 points of fire damage.
  • Medium Armor: Gain proficiency with medium armor and can cast unimpeded while wearing medium armor.
  • Fighter Training: I count as a fighter of 1/2 my total rage mage level for the purpose of qualifying for feats.
The Mirari Sword
  • Arcane Pool: 1+its Charisma bonus.
  • Enhancement Bonus: +3.
  • Ego: 12+2 per non-enhancement enchantment on the weapon.

  • Alertness: While wielding the Mirari Sword, I gain the Alertness feat.
  • Mirari Strike: As a free action, I can spend a point from the Mirari Sword’s arcane pool to grant the Mirari Sword a +1 bonus plus an additional 1 per 4 levels past 1st on damage rolls for 1 minute.
  • Unbreakable: As long as it has at least 1 point in its arcane pool, the Mirari Sword cannot be broken. If destroyed, it can be reforged 1 week later in a special ritual costing 200g per rage mage level. The ritual takes 24 hours.
  • Fire Attunement: As a free action, I can spend a point from the Mirari Sword’s arcane pool to have it deal fire damage instead of its normal damage for 1 round.
  • Teleport Blade: As a standard action, I may spend a point from the Mirari Sword’s arcane pool and call the Mirari Sword to my hand from up to 1 mile away.
